Heritage Log Homes owns and operates the most state-of-the-art milling facility in the United States.
Based on your final construction drawings Heritage can begin milling the logs that will be used to construct your home. At this point a progress payment is due.
You should also make sure your construction start date is confirmed. Once manufacturing is completed, it’s important that your log package be shipped and delivered promptly. Construction delays that force us to warehouse products at our facility for extended periods can result in additional storage costs and potential damage to timbers.
Once manufacturing begins, it takes only days to complete your log home package and prepare it for delivery. Along the way, each log and timber is custom-milled and crafted to fit your home’s specifications, and multiple quality-control checkpoints ensure that only the highest quality components find their way to your building site.
