Product Delivery

Now the fun begins as the materials for your home are delivered.

It’s a good idea to make sure your construction start date has been confirmed so that you can stick to the agreed-upon delivery date. Delays can result in extended storage of your log-home package, which means both additional costs and potential damage to the timbers.

Our products are shipped on tractor-trailers, so you’ll need to be sure that these trucks can adequately gain access to your building site. You or your contractor will also need to arrange for a 6,000lb minimum capacity heavy-duty forklift to be on hand for unloading the trailers.

Your Heritage Log Homes Representative will be present when your package is delivered—to ensure that all the materials have been received and to help you and your contractor identify them by their coded placement designations.

The 50-percent balance on the price of your log-home package will be payable on delivery.
