A. Choose A Plan From The Heritage Collection
Our four unique series of log homes—Classic Log Homes, Legacy Log Homes, Arts & Crafts Log Homes and Coastal Log Homes—span an eclectic array of styles and configurations. Each plan includes drawings and detailed information about that home’s features and layouts, giving you the tools you’ll need to assess its suitability for your family and lifestyle.

Once you decide on a Heritage standard plan, you can keep it as it is, or you can tweak it with a few minor modifications. Sometimes, simply removing a wall or adding a few square feet of space to specific rooms is all it takes to customize your design.
You should also know that any Heritage plan can be designed to fit any of our four log-home styles. So, for example, if you like the Solomon’s Reef floor plan but don’t necessarily want the Coastal look, that’s okay. We can take that same plan and give it the look and feel of one of our Classic or Arts & Crafts homes.
B. Design A Custom Home From Scratch
For more and more homebuyers, the ideal home is a unique statement that has yet to be manifested on paper. That’s no problem for us. Heritage Log Homes Architects & Designers will work with you to make your vision take form from the ground up. Whether your basic inspiration comes from a Heritage plan, your own imagination we can bring it to life.

Your Log Package Contents
The materials and components that go into each home comprise our standard dry-in package, everything needed to get your home "in the dry" and protected from the elements. We can even help by supplying other componets such as decks and porches. Note, however, that your builder will be responsible for supplying the materials needed for other components, such as foundations,mechanical & finishes.
