Customers and prospective customers may print or download photos for their own personal use only. Photos may not be used on other websites, printed collateral materials, publications or any other commercial use without the prior express written consent of Heritage Log Homes, Inc.
The Heritagelog.com internet site is copyrighted in it’s totality to include text, graphics, script, data and code and is the property of Heritage Log Homes, Inc.
B. Homes and Home Plans:
Every Heritage Log Home plan (and the home itself) is copyrighted and may not be used for any purpose other than designing and building a Heritage Log Home. Contrary to belief a copyrighted plan may not be modified and used to build a home without the express written consent of the copyright holder. Such unauthorized use is considered to be a ‘derivative work’ and can subject unauthorized users to $100,000 fine and in some cases the destruction of the home itself. Heritage Log Homes has invested considerable resources in the development of our plans and designs and will vigorously protect our copyright.
- Credit Card Security
Credit card orders are processed using secure server technology and all normal precautions are taken to protect the credit card information that you provide. While the internet is a generally safe transactional medium we also accept orders via fax or regular mail. Please include a personal check and do not mail cash.
- Site access policy
Site access is granted subject to site visitors understanding of and agreement to fully comply with the legal information that is provided herein. This information may be modified or updated periodically as needed to protect our Company, our customers, our dealers, our vendors, our marketing partners and our employees.
